• Parents or guardians must remain reachable by phone and be available to pick up their child promptly at the end of the session.
• Funclusion staff will ensure a safe and supportive environment; however, Funclusion is not responsible for incidents that occur due to undisclosed medical, behavioural, or developmental conditions.

3. Health & Safety

To ensure a safe environment for all children:

• Please inform staff about any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before participation.
• Children who are unwell should not attend until they have recovered.
• Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
